Physical Requirements:The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing, walking with, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; standing for greater than 5 hours at a time; walking several miles per day; and performing repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift:Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday.
Job Summary:Primarily responsible for Good Samaritan Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, including management of operational workflows, inventory, medication distribution strategy, and the intern program. This position will also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for GSH Inpatient Pharmacy.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal); clinical experience; knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as any other related laws and regulations; project management, inpatient drug distribution and dispensing, and supply chain and contract management experience; and the ability to prioritize; collaborate and work within a team; and motivate, lead, and educate a team.

Preferred Education/Experience:PGY1/PGY2 ASHP residency training and/or supervisory experience highly preferred.
