As part of the Commercial Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities as well as empower leaders across our Commercial Operations organization. This role requires a curious, self-starter looking to make an outsized impact.
What you'll be doing:

  • Act as day-to-day finance partner to the BUs to identify and monitor key performance indicators and develop actionable insights
  • Enable the cross-functional leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and make real-time decisions by evaluating and sizing impact to key growth and financial metrics
  • Support financial system enhancements and standardize processes related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities
  • Build models and management reporting that help operationalize against company objectives
  • Facilitate long-term planning and monthly financial forecasting in partnership with the Commercial Operations team

What you must have:
  • 3-5 years in strategic finance, management consulting, and/or investment banking (MBA is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience working at a fast paced tech company
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with building comprehensive financial models for an executive audience
  • Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize, articulate, and deliver key messages to senior leadership
  • Naturally a collaborative and positive influence who can easily navigate a matrix organization
  • Functional experience with financial systems (Oracle/SAP/Hyperion) and Google Sheets is a plus

The salary range for this position is $95,200 - 140,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
