What you will be doing
- Collaborate closely with the CRO to develop and refine strategic priorities and revenue growth initiatives. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and coordinate key projects aligned with revenue goals. Drive project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure successful implementation.
- Analyze relevant data to provide actionable insights for revenue optimization. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update key stakeholders on revenue performance.
- Act as a liaison between the CRO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Manage weekly executive staff meetings, including, but not limited to, providing feedback on top priorities and insights to inform strategic conversations.
- Spearhead comprehensive CRO communication strategies, including running regular All-Hands meetings, sharing a regular cadence of email and call updates to the team, etc. to ensure alignment with the CRO's vision, objectives, and key initiatives across the commercial organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
- Be prepared to step in and provide support during times of crisis or unexpected challenges that may arise within the sales department.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the revenue-generating functions. Implement measures to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the CRO in meetings, discussions, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the commercial department. Streamline workflows and implement best practices to optimize productivity.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for the CRO and other stakeholders. Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to the CRO and the commercial leadership team. Help resolve challenges and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Special Projects and Initiatives: Lead or contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that have a significant impact on the department and the organization.
- Assist in managing organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
- Address challenges and issues that arise within the revenue functions, proposing solutions and supporting decision-making.
What we will require of you
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or senior executive support role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company. Alternatively, strong sales experience with a proven background in Sales Leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web governance solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
- Familiarity with sales technology and tools such as Clari, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven experience in sales, project management, or related roles.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Leadership and influence skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
