Description:
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
- Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
- Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys
