SalaryResponsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and review responses to discovery requests
- Provide litigation support to managing attorney
- Manage paralegal workflow and supervise task completion
- Negotiate with insurance carriers
- Conduct legal research
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school or completion of Rule 6 Intern program (or equivalent)
- Admitted to practice law in Washington (or able to become admitted)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in personal injury preferred but not necessary
