Legal - Business Attorney - Associate

Job Description

• The attorney will be working on broad based corporate transactional matters, including: entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, financing, real estate, etc.
• This role will involve drafting of corporate contracts and real estate documents.
• The attorney hired for this position will work directly with law firm partners.

The Successful Applicant

• Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm.
• JD from an accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• Admission to Pennsylvania Bar.
• Extremely well presented, client facing, excellent communication skills.
• A strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work well with a team, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects across various disciplines.
