Description:
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1-3 years of law firm experience
- Knowledge of Employment Law and Personal Injury preferred but not required
- J.D. degree required
- Licensure in PA Federal Courts
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, writing, research, editing, and oral advocacy skills. Must demonstrate significant experience in negotiating settlements.
- Ability to continually display personal commitment and accountability for timely completion of ongoing firm projects under minimal monitoring or supervision.
- Drive to apply legal knowledge, analysis, and judgment to identify alternative approaches and their relative merits while also recommending solutions to routine and less complex legal problems.

- Drafting Briefs and Motions
- Settlement/ Mediation statements
- Document review
- Drafting Legal Timeslines
- Responses to Discovery
- Review client documents, draft case evaluations and status report correspondence
- Support and participate in trial preparation, mediations and court appearances
- Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, employment professionals, government agents, colleagues and staff
- PA Bar License (Required)
