SalarySPS Global Talent is currently recruiting for our esteemed client in New Orleans, seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join their dynamic team. We are seeking candidates who are academically distinguished with exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, as well as analytical aptitude in deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience. This role offers the opportunity to assume responsibility within an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility in various aspects of litigation, including deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate closely with senior litigators for mentoring and client engagement.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exercise good judgment in legal decision-making.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Louisiana law license in good standing.
- 2-4 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude in legal research and case preparation.
