Associate Attorney

Preston Day Law, PLLC, is a small law firm located in Lehi, Utah, which practices in the areas of family law and criminal defense. The firm has a unique opportunity for an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney (0-3 years experience) to practice primarily in the area of family law. The associate will be responsible to not just assist with the firm's cases, but to handle their own cases from start to finish. This is a position in which the associate will serve in every aspect of the case from intake or initial meetings with potential clients through to the trial stage. The associate will receive guidance, mentoring, and coaching, as appropriate through each stage of their cases.

• Member in good standing with the Utah Bar
• Able to meet deadlines on cases and has excellent writing and communication skills as well as experience in legal research
