We are looking for the right candidate to join our team! When it comes to caring for our residents, Assisted Living Administrators play a vital role. We are seeking someone who is compassionate and to carry out the day to day management of the Assisted Living facility, including staff management, budgeting, resident services, and facility operations.
The primary purpose of an Assisted Living Administrator is to manage and oversee the daily operations of an Assisted Living facility. This includes managing staff and overseeing the delivery of services to residents. The administrator is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the residents and staff, maintaining financial records and budgets, and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory compliance standards. Additionally, an Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for creating an atmosphere of respect and dignity for residents, and for providing support, guidance, and assistance to residents, families, and staff.
This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Ideal candidate is expected to provide compassionate, high quality care to all residents and ensure their safety and well being at all times and have extensive experience in senior care and knowledge of facility management and healthcare regulations.
Job tasks include:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the operations of the Assisted Living facility.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating personnel.
- Ensure residents, safety, health, and well-being.
- Develop and manage a budget for the facility.
- Maintain records, licensures and certifications.
- Interact with residents and their families and other members of the health care team.
- Provide direction to staff regarding resident care and services.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
