St. Dominic Village Nursing is currently seeking an Assist Living Administrator to join our team!
Responsible for maintaining an organized, secure, efficient, and smooth functioning office and buildings. Work within established budgets, policies, and procedures in keeping with the mission of the facility. Responsible for the supervision of a small staff of office personnel and assisted living personnel. Interface with resident needs as appropriate. Responsible for handling resident financial requests according to established policies. Interface with state agencies for inspections and licensing purposes.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information
- Ensure payment for billings or accounts receivable are received on time and posted, and contact customers for reconciliation of discrepancies
- Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information is accurately recorded in the system and that vehicles are properly tagged with a work order
- Coordinate with the service department for vehicle repairs and post charges to the appropriate account in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries relating to assigned customer vehicles, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems
- Enter all pertinent information into [ERP system] and approved work requested by customer
- Utilize the [ERP system] systems to monitor and track vehicle repairs
- Follow up with customer to confirm completion of work and satisfaction
- Work with finance/local management to ensure customers are charged and A/R is timely collected
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
This individual will possess the following:
- Must possess the Assisted Living Managers Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years experience working with the elderly in an office setting
- Must be organized and able to maintain efficient and smooth functioning offices and buildings
- Supervisory skills necessary
- Mature judgment and the ability to remain calm in a crisis
- Must willingly demonstrate the ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Must demonstrate initiative – be a self starter with job duties assigned
