Position Available: Assisted Living Facility Administrator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living Facility Administrator with a minimum of three years of dedicated service in senior care. Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and providing diverse ongoing activities for residents.
  • Offering services like assessing needs, assisting in accessing financial benefits, coordinating referrals, and providing various support services.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and billing of services.
  • Managing caregiver schedules and overseeing ALF administrative duties.

Additional Duties:

  • Developing, coordinating, and providing diverse activities in line with ALF regulations.
  • Organizing transportation and overseeing monthly meetings for resident input.
  • Creating monthly activity calendars, conducting resident assessments, and encouraging participation.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers as needed.
  • Coordinating birthday celebrations and managing direct case management and supported housing services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an ALF Administrator or in senior living management.
  • Assisted Living Administrator License for Florida.
  • Proficiency in Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.
  • Preference for Memory Care or equivalent certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, On-call required.
