Position Available: Assisted Living Facility Administrator

Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and providing diverse ongoing activities for residents.
- Offering services like assessing needs, assisting in accessing financial benefits, coordinating referrals, and providing various support services.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and billing of services.
- Managing caregiver schedules and overseeing ALF administrative duties.
Additional Duties:
- Developing, coordinating, and providing diverse activities in line with ALF regulations.
- Organizing transportation and overseeing monthly meetings for resident input.
- Creating monthly activity calendars, conducting resident assessments, and encouraging participation.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers as needed.
- Coordinating birthday celebrations and managing direct case management and supported housing services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an ALF Administrator or in senior living management.
- Assisted Living Administrator License for Florida.
- Proficiency in Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.
- Preference for Memory Care or equivalent certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, On-call required.
