Assisted Living Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled RCFE Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our interim housing living facility, with a focus on geriatric military veteran residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Assisted Living management, a deep understanding of RCFE regulations, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors. The RCFE Executive Director will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for our residents, managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Operations Oversight: As the RCFE Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our interim housing living facility, with a specific focus on geriatric military veterans residents.
• Assisted Living Management Expertise: The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Assisted Living management, demonstrating a proven track record of success in creating nurturing environments for seniors.
• Regulatory Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all RCFE regulations and guidelines, showcasing a deep understanding of industry standards.
• Staff Management: By managing and leading our dedicated staff, you will foster a supportive and collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional care.
• Positive Community Atmosphere: Your role involves fostering a positive and engaging community atmosphere within the facility, promoting social activities and events for residents.

Qualifications:

• RCFE Administrator Certification: Required for this position.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Assisted Living management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCFE regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Passion for Senior Care: A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.28 - $25.54 per hour
