Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are a fast growing, service oriented company looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent work ethic, positive attitude, team oriented, have a clean driving record and be interested in growing with our team.

Mondays and Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-5:00pm

Hours may fluctuate.

Extended hours during Holidays-High Season from November to January (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years). Blackout period so no time off during the holiday season excluding actual holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).

Starting pay is $20/per hour. Pay is based on experience. Pay is Bi-Weekly.

Daily Basis:

• Ensuring Order Fulfilment is accurate and efficient
• Checking and Training Warehouse Associates to ensure they follow protocols set
• Following, maintaining and implementing procedures and protocols set by Management.
• Checking and Maintaining Inventory
• Planning Delivery Route for Drivers
• Supervising the receiving of products and ensures that the proper paperwork is completed.
• Maintaining accurate computer inventory levels by having physical inventories performed on a regular basis and adjustments made.
• Following program to maintain the cleanliness of the area by regular schedule set.
• Making sure that low stock/out of stock information is communicated to Management after carefully checking the inventory stock.

• Must be able to follow direction thoroughly.
• Be able to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Have reliable transportation.
