Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Train and develop warehouse associates in line with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates on event days
- Assist with purchasing, receiving and distribution of commissary items, verifying receiving slips and invoices
- Assist with monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports
- Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience working with food and beverage storage is highly desired
- No college degree required
- Previous experience with inventory distribution
- Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
- Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
