HRG, a growing and dynamic consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm headquartered in Pennsylvania (with offices throughout the state and in West Virginia) is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Lehigh Valley, PA. The AVP will provide executive leadership in all aspects of the Lehigh Valley, PA office by directing daily operations, delivery of customized engineering solutions, and the advancement of significant business development activities for the continuing success of the firm.

- Upholding the firm's high standards for project delivery
- Promoting the firm's policies, practices, and philosophies
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, Geography, or related field
- A Master of Business Administration or Science degree is preferred.
- Professional licensure or certification in field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive supervisory or management experience
- Proven experience in business operations and project management
- Strong understanding of the local municipal government and private development markets
- Proven experience with project presentation and meeting facilitation
- Possess excellent communication, time management, decision making, and organizational skills.
- Has the flexibility to travel to client sites, conferences, meetings, and other HRG offices as necessary; including limited overnight travel (Valid driver's license is required)
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
