Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides a high level of administrative support; and will also provide project management services to the Vice President of Finance, including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of project goals for Lancaster Bible College. This role requires a level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality consistent with the stature of a position supporting the chief financial officer of the College.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years-experience in a similar environment.

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and Teams.
- Ability to learn computer programs related to the responsibilities under the area of Finance.
- Internet and email management skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the Vice President of Finance in whatever ways are necessary for him to carry out his responsibilities, meet his daily agenda, and attain short-term and long-term goals, exercising good judgment and knowledge of his priorities and preferences.
- Place and receive phone calls for the Vice President of Finance, using judgment to direct calls appropriately.
- Assist in managing the Vice President of Finance’s email account.
- Manage the Vice President of Finance’s calendar including arranging appointments, and committee meetings.
- Receive Vice President of Finance’s daily mail, sort and process appropriately.
- Maintain the files for the Vice President of Finance.
- Understand the work of the computer and the storage and retrieval of financial information.
- Assist the Vice President of Finance as required with other general accounting, budgeting and audit procedures.
- Assist the Vice President of Finance as required with completing and submitting surveys including but not limited to: ABACC, IPEDS, NACUBO, NASM, CRIZ, PCORI.
- Promote a positive LBC | Capital reputation by professional and wise communications and relationships with external organizations, businesses, and vendors.
- Attend meetings, as requested, with the Vice President of Finance for the purpose of taking minutes and distributing the same.
- Oversee update of Tuition and Fees Schedule.
- Work with all College personnel in an effective, objective and fully communicative manner.
- Assist in other duties whenever called upon as needed for the good and welfare of the mission of LBC | Capital.
