Job Description
Position Overview
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build sustained, community-based response programs to natural disasters. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CORE GA provides free vaccinations and additional resources to disadvantaged communities and emerging hotspots around Georgia. This is accomplished through maintaining strategic partnerships with local health agencies and community-based organizations to reach high-risk populations in vulnerable areas. CORE’s mobile vaccination teams require Assistant Team Supervisors to assist in leading these initiatives in the communities and maintain and strength local partnerships. The Mobile Unit Assistant Team Supervisor will assist with the scheduling, coordination and operations of vaccination events throughout the local health district.
This is a hybrid position and will be in the field a minimum of 2-3 days a week. Some weeks may require 5 days in the field, and other weeks will be 2-3 days in the field and 2-3 days from home. We require all employees to comply with our Mandatory Vaccination Policy. As a condition of employment, you will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
