Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize various computer functions and applications, particularly Windows-based software.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
