For the tax team in our Frankfurt office, we are looking for a Team Assistant to strengthen our team as soon as possible: Employee (m/f/d) with training as a management assistant, foreign language correspondent or European secretary, ideally with first professional experience.

What you do:

• Interface management in all directions, with clients, colleagues, administrative departments, with correspondence in both German and English
• Coordination of appointments, organization of internal and external meetings and marketing activities
• Travel management & expense reporting
• Creating presentations
• Maintenance of email accounts as well as creating and checking invoices
• Independent management and filing of files
