Job Position: Assistant Superintendent
Work Location: Venice, FL
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on level of experience work on multifamily ground-up projects

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of our multifamily projects. Your responsibilities will include:
As an Assistant Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the jobsite.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors.
- Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during construction.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative.
- Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
- Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics.
- Contribute to ensuring the completion of projects with a strong emphasis on quality.
Do you:
- Possess 1-5 years of experience in a superintendent or applicable role?
- Excel in teamwork and collaborative environments?
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills?
- Have effective communication skills?
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
