The professiona person that applies for this job must be able to:
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment in the brewery
Quality assurance throughout the entire brewing process including detailed record keeping
Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of all brewery equipment
Management of raw materials and brewing supplies
Operate manual keg cleaning manifold and filler
Accurately and completely documenting all required data in the Brew log, fermentation log.
Assist other employees as necessary in the taproom or in difficult tasks
Management of inventory on site as well as offsite cold/dry storage
Assisting with operation of the canning line and labeler during canning runs
Perform all tasks as needed to complete the above responsibilities including but not limited to: repeatedly lifting heavy objects up to 160 lbs, crouching in tight spaces, and working with extreme hot and cold temperatures
Following and establishing safety procedures; maintaining a safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
Brewing education or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Highly organized self-starter
Driver License and a clean driving record
Passionate about quality and cleanliness
Highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision
Ability to wear multiple hats on any given day and remain cool under pressure
Technical knowledge of all aspects of the brewing process
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment issues
Accredited brewing degree a plus
Flexibility with work hours and availability
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and safely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
- Brewing: 3 years (Required)
