Yaklin CDJR, in Angleton, Texas, is excited to announce our upcoming move to a brand new facility in 2024. As we prepare for this significant transition, we are looking to expand our team with an Assistant Service Manager who can contribute to our tradition of excellence and help us navigate this exciting new chapter.

Position Overview:
As the Assistant Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Service Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing service staff, writing service, coordinating with the sales and parts departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Manager in managing the service department’s operations, personnel, and customer service.
• Ensure efficient workflow within the service department and coordinate with other departments to achieve seamless operation.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the implementation of service standards and procedures to align with the dealership’s goals and objectives.
• Assist in training and developing service department staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the move to the new facility, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems and service processes.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
