Requirements

  

Required Job Skills:

• At least 3 years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Serv Safe Certified
• RBS Certified
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and customers in person and on the phone.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete transactions and all required documentation
• Make decisions and solve problems.
• Keep professional demeanor under pressure.
• Works with integrity and honesty.
• Leads by example
• Results focused.
• Demonstrates active listening and is receptive to ideas.
• Processes and analyzes information effectively.
• Can organize, plan, and prioritize.

Position Summary: The Assistant Front of House Manager is responsible for the overall success of the business including but not limited to sales, cost controls, regulatory control, guest service and customer satisfaction, building safety & maintenance, quality control, recruiting, employee retention, training and safety. Knowing and enforcing policies and procedures.
