Responsibilities:
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees' hours with the partnership of the general manager
- Ordering food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Supervising daily shift operations and cover for staff that has called out or on vacation, as needed
- Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to the general manager
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one to three years in restaurant operations and/or management, required;
- Customer service focused; A desire and enthusiasm for their client daily
- Relationship-focused: Due to the location of the restaurant in the HOA clubhouse, a lot of the restaurant visitors are regulars

Pay and Benefits:
$18.50- $20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
