Pay: $75000 - 80000 / year
*Plus quarterly bonus potential
Role Overview:
The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to the growth and success of Whiskey Reds.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead by example, promoting excellence in service and hospitality.
Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high-quality service standards and resolving guest concerns efficiently and courteously.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while maintaining exceptional service and quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to coordinate events, promotions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the restaurant's reputation and profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and vendors.
Proficiency in restaurant operations, financial management, and inventory control.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
