SalaryEssential Duties
Provide assistance and support to the Property Manager.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports related to projects, employees, and assigned activities.
- Communicate with community residents and Property Manager to exchange information, coordinate activities and programs and resolve issues or concerns.
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.
- Assist Property Manager, if necessary, with bank deposits at the end of each rent collection day.
- Assist Property Manager with upkeep of logbook containing all complaints and incidents.
- Assist Property Manager with preparation of all administrative reports (e.g. homeowners profile, market surveys, rent increases, new move-ins, move-outs, evictions, etc.) on approved Community forms and submission to corporate office.
- Assist Property Manager with monthly site inspections.
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment for various Community programs.
Employee Relations
Able to establish and maintain working relationships with Property Manager, co-workers, and community residents in a courteous and responsible manner.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
