Assistant Manager
Position Summary:
Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing property management for the complex by performing the following duties.
- Works directly with the Property Manager with all on-site property operations.
- Responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
- Walks ready units to ensure that they are ready for move-in.
- Builds and maintains a resident relations program.
- Generates renewal, leasing, and other reports to Property Manager.
- Accepts rental payments and post rents to the computer
- Reviews and maintains all property marketing material is current, accurate and at its greatest effect.
- Maintains accurate monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals, and delinquencies for bonus purposes
- Distributes all company or community-issued notices.
- Represents the company in a professional manner at all the times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience with strong leasing experience.
- Must have top shelf customer service skills along with strong marketing and administrative skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Dependability is a must
- Must have personal, reliable transportation to get to work to support property needs.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clear Motor Vehicle Record.
