We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems and processes. ```Minimum Responsibilities`
- Support manufacturing Quality Engineering activities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance to plant, corporate, governmental, and environmental, regulations, and other relevant standards
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Provide training and support to employees on quality systems and processes
- Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks
```Requirements`
- Live near Flagstaff, AZ. , relocation is not an option
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering or automotive manufacturing related roles
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, quality assurance, and quality control methodologies
- Familiarity with AIAG, Advance Quality Planning, Core Tools, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data - Proven skills in 8D and 5 Why corrective action critical thinking
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in PiWeb reporting and Plex Systems smart Manufacturing
