Assistant Property Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Senior Housing/HUD Affordable properties.

Responsibilities:
-Completes certification and re-certification of occupancy for HUD202/PRAC residents

-Assists Property Manager with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and work orders

- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and contracts
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in property leasing or legal administrative roles is preferred
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors
- Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently
- Familiarity with lease agreements and contract management

- Special projects as assigned, such as wait list management, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
