Imagine Staffing is recruiting for an Assistant Property Manageron behalf of our partner, a leading apartment community located in WNY! This is a contingent role offering competitive pay $20-22/hr
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for leasing, tenant communication, and assisting in overseeing maintenance and reception tasks.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Tasks That Will Lead You to Success
- Perform leasing duties, including conducting property tours and managing lease agreements.
- Communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in overseeing maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve operational efficiency.
