Front Desk Concierge

As a Front Desk Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge on Thursdays and Fridays (8am - 5pm). The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. More specifically, these will be the duties:

• Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Manage patient check-ins and appointments efficiently, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information as needed.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely assistance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, processing payments, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area and waiting room.
• Assist in other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn clinic-specific software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
