As an Assistant, you would play a valuable role in the success of the community. You would assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to create the needed energy, excitement and focus to make the entire property team successful as well as a strong desire to grow within the company. This role has the potential for accelerated advancement based on the performance and willingness to grow and cross-train in management duties.
Benefits include:
* $26 - $30 per hour ($54,080 to $62,400 per year).

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of Assistant Property Manager experience
· Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community
· Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work with a diverse group of people including co-workers, vendors, and customers.
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Computer skills and property management software experience required
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
