Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary
Olive Hill Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager for our office buildings portfolio. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in property management.

Duties

• Interact with tenants and vendors
• Code and process invoices
• Explain variances in expenses and rent
• Prepare lease abstracts
• Handle bill backs, move-ins/outs, security deposit refunds, and other account updates
• Review tenant aging
• Obtain bids, generate contracts, and coordinate projects
• Track and maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance
• Review work orders and ensure they are being completed timely
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

The ideal APM candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in commercial management, prior knowledge working in MRI or Yardi, and familiarity with property financials and commercial leases. We are also looking for a team player who will take initiative, has excellent communication skills, and can work both independently and in a team setting.
