Responsibilities include:
Bidding Projects:
Support Account and Project Managers in the bidding process, efficiently handling quotations and creating proposals.
Logistics Coordination:
Expedite orders, coordinate equipment delivery, and manage installations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to both our valued customers and vendors, fostering positive business relationships.
Documentation Mastery:
Prepare estimates, proposals, Submittal Books, and Owner’s Manuals, maintaining accurate project files for streamlined operations.
Communication Maestro:
Facilitate smooth communication between clients, architects, and internal teams, managing file transfers and CAD demands as needed.
On-Site Collaboration:
Travel to job sites as assigned, working closely with general contractors and sub-contractors to ensure effective project coordination.
Innovative Solutions:
Assist in sales-related activities
Reporting and Collaboration:
Keep Project Managers and Regional/FED National Account Managers informed of activities, promptly referring matters beyond your authority to the appropriate parties.
Demands of the Role:
Fulfill administrative reporting requirements and be ready to tackle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project support, with a focus on bidding, coordination, and customer service.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
