Assistant Project Coordinator

• Work with the Estimating Department to resolve any questions about the project.
• Support administrative functions as needed.
• Review and confirm all quotes have been secured by the Estimating Department.
• Submit Sample and Product data such as Performance sheets, Door Schedules, brochures, technical documents (FPA's), Etc.
• Understand applicable building codes as they pertain to the project.
• Submit RFI's, track all submittal information, and maintain submittal approval.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and other industry professionals.
• Communicate with the project manager on delays.
• Redline and annotate shop drawings as needed to achieve overall intent.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and purchase orders.
• Create lead-time schedule.
• Review all revisions in drawings and adjust project documents accordingly.
• Support project manager(s) throughout the construction process and provide field support when needed.
• Produce all closeout documents/kits and submit to customer.
• Work with fabrication detailer to ensure dimensional and design errors are avoided.
• Assemble and maintain job files including all relevant information that was utilized in the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date material and records.
• Work with project management department on project set up and project requirements.
• Maintain project documents in Procore Drive and Online (Fabrication drawings, RO Schedule, Shop Drawings, Installation manuals).
• Prep Delivery Forms.

• Occasional job site visits will be required.
• Participate in project scope review meetings as needed.
• Participate in project turnover meetings in person or via teleconference.
