Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' Fentress program is an off campus group home located in Rutland, MA, and serves adolescent boys, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:4 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Fentress is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA. This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on their treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers license required.
Minimum Bachelors OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders required
Residential supervisory experience preferred
Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
Schedule:
2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
Sunday - Wednesday 1pm to 11pm OR Wed-Fri 1-11pm & Saturday 7-5pm
