Assistant Office Manager

Frankl & Kominsky, P.A. is seeking candidates to work as the Assistant Office Manager. This is an ideal position for a hard-working, highly motivated person looking for an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment in the legal field and to help people.  Applicants must have a positive attitude, possess the ability to work under pressure, and be committed to serving our clients and working in the legal field. 

The Assistant Office Manager must be a self-starter, highly organized, demonstrate that they possess the ability to meet deadlines, and be effective and efficient.

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly

• Support the Law Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm;
• Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, onboarding, and training;
• Assist with distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software;
• Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Law Firm Administrator;
• Provide back-up to mailroom and reception functions;
• Maintain a clean, safe environment;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• College Degree in related field or AA plus 3 years of relevant work;
• Demonstrated work experience and successful track record hiring and training employees;
• Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law;
• Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience;
• Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions;
• Bilingual – English/Spanish or English/Creole is a +.
