Frankl & Kominsky, P.A. is seeking candidates to work as the Assistant Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager must be a self-starter, highly organized, demonstrate that they possess the ability to meet deadlines, and be effective and efficient.
Compensation:$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Support the Law Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm;
- Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, onboarding, and training;
- Assist with distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software;
- Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Law Firm Administrator;
- Provide back-up to mailroom and reception functions;
- Maintain a clean, safe environment;
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- College Degree in related field or AA plus 3 years of relevant work;
- Demonstrated work experience and successful track record hiring and training employees;
- Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law;
- Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience;
- Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions;
- Bilingual – English/Spanish or English/Creole is a +.
