Responsibilities:
- Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and timely manner
- Manage credit card expenses, including procurement of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence
- Knowledge of websites and social media advertising
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Software
