We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
