Restaurant Assistant General Manager - Salary up to $63,000 (depending upon experience) plus Bonus Potential
We are currently looking for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our growing team! With a focus on daytime hours and a shared commitment, we value candidates who align with our vision. Here are the details:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure every guest receives a consistently superior dining experience.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment by setting an example.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
- Uphold high standards in food quality and service.
- Actively promote our brand and culture within the community.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and committed to excellence.
- Flexibility to work varied hours/days as dictated by the business.
