Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data and implementing cost-saving measures
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and catering services

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in kitchen management and food service operations
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and menu development
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
