Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk and guest relations.
- Oversee the phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
