Assistant Facilities Maintenance Technician

M-F, day shift 

$19-$22/hour

 

As the Facilities Tech, you'll be responsible for keeping our equipment and machinery in tip-top shape. You'll troubleshoot and repair any issues that come up with our equipment. But that's not all - you'll also manage the upkeep of our buildings, including the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. We need someone who has experience in a manufacturing setting and understands the basics of welding, milling, or fabrication. You should also have experience with forklifts, vehicle repair, and preventative maintenance.

Required Experience:

• 2+ Years Facilities Maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficient in welding and fabrication.

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a mill or wood manufacturing setting.
