What we're looking for: An Assistant Dean of Nursing at our SacramentoCampus.
Do you have a passion for education and seeing students thrive?Carrington College's Assistant Dean of Nursing will provide executive leadership over the nursing program at the campus and will contribute to meeting educational outcome goals and growth through the proper management of the college's resources. The Dean organizes, supervises and directs a professional staff, including full-time and part-time faculty, to ensure curricula are current and consistently delivered in an environment and manner conducive to learning in accordance with college objectives.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $115,000-$120,000 per year. Our benefits program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation in your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Qualifications:
- MSN Degree required
- Valid California RN license
- One year's experience as an administrator with validated performance of administrative responsibilities consistent with section 1420(h)
- Two (2) years' experience teaching in pre- or post-licensure registered nursing program
- One (1) year's continuous, full-time or its equivalent experience direct patient care as a registered nurse; or equivalent experience and/or education, as determined by the board.
