Assistant Administrative Supervisor - Pediatrics Oakwood

Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Administrative Supervisor for our Pediatrics department located in Oakwood, GA. Previous medical office experience is preferred. EPIC experience a plus.
Successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service while greeting and checking in patients, directing phone calls to appropriate staff and working closely with physicians and staff. Will be backup for senior Administrative Supervisor.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday once every 4-5 weeks. Saturday shifts are 8am – noon and employees will take either a half or full day off during the normal work week on the week of their Saturday shift.
