Job Description:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Assistant Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering precise, data-driven insights into the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing and consolidating financial data, proposing innovative cost reduction strategies, and developing comprehensive forecast models. As a Assistant Controller, you will collaborate with management to guide strategic decision-making, conduct insightful business studies, and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and consolidate financial data, aligning with the company's objectives and financial position.
- Compile and condense data to produce sophisticated reports on financial status and associated risks.
- Conduct comprehensive business studies focusing on past, future, and comparative performance, and develop accurate forecast models.
- Identify trends, provide advice to the company, and suggest actionable strategies based on thorough analysis.
- Monitor and assess financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions through meticulous data comparison and correction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting practices, and changes in regulations.
- Engage in consultative discussions with management to shape long-term and strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and analyze processes for continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement and actively contribute to the development of policies within the accounting function.
Skills:
- Proficient in utilizing Quickbooks, databases, SQL, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
- Exceptional presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current financial subjects, accounting principles, tax laws, money markets, and business environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
