Asset Protection Associate

```Job Overview```
We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Associate to join our team. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent theft, minimize loss, and maintain a safe environment for both customers and employees.

```Duties```
- Conduct surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools
- Identify and investigate suspicious activities or behavior
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including but not limited to theft, accidents, and medical situations
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and investigations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability
- Monitor access control systems and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assist in training employees on Asset Protection policies and procedures

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in Asset Protection, loss prevention, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interaction with stakeholders
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures is preferred
- Certification in Asset Protection or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
