For over 50 years, Pneu-Dart has produced the very best in remote injection equipment. Our Remote Delivery Systems (RDS) are designed to capture or medicate while minimizing stress on the animal. What will I be doing? 

Our Assembly team assemble remote delivery devices to be shipped around the world in support of various animal-based organizations.  Our team of Remote Delivery Device Technicians, or RDD Techs, work within a continuous flow process to assemble our products per tried and true Standard Work Practices or, SWPs. This position requires light hand assembly of small components, with precision and dexterity.  If you love fine tuning a process, moving at a fast pace in a continuous flow assembly and have a knack for the details - we want to hear from you! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates ability to report to work on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude
• Assembles products by hand repetitively, accurately and timely
• Generally work with their hands, requiring high level dexterity, but may be required to work with tools and equipment
• Must ensure maximum efficiency with material and time, in adherence to established Standard Work Procedure (SWP).
• Perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with established safety procedures
• Make sure workstations are clean and free of hazardous materials
• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to Quality standards
• Reports issues or problems with production to Team Leader
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pay close attention to detail
• Possesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small production parts
• Hand agility is very important
• Must to able to stand or sit for extended periods
• Is familiar with and able to adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Is able to identify problems or malfunctions with equipment use
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
