We are looking for a CAD Drafting Technician who will provide drafting support to assist with creating and revising CAD drawings. Our Ideal CAD Drafting Technician:

• Experience: 2+ years of drafting experience with knowledge in the construction industry. A basic understanding of construction practices and procedures and the ability to read blueprints are necessary.
• Computer: Basic drafting, general computer skills, and experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit. Basic drafting skills are required.
• Active: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Adaptable: Keeps a positive outlook and attitude while finding the best ways to work with various personalities.
• Relational: Someone who loves coaching and collaborating with people around North America.
• Self-Motivated: Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started, the ability to work independently, and the drive to complete tasks efficiently.
• Organized: A task-oriented, detailed person with high standards. Able to prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work, and respond to emails professionally and on time.
